Based on Jerry’s book, "Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace," this guided breathwork practice includes a breakdown of breathwork from the yogic perspective, taking into account biology, nervous system regulation, and the regulation of stress hormones. We’ll learn three different types of breathing techniques and their effects on your system.
Attendees will learn:
- Useful applications of breathwork in daily life
- A biological understanding of four different ways to breathe
- The three energetic effects of breathing techniques
- Three different breathing techniques and how to apply them

How it works
This session is part lecture and part practice. Jerry will present a PowerPoint deck outlining the definition, benefits, research, and nuances of breathwork. At several points during the session, Jerry will have participants practice different breathing techniques. Jerry can provide the virtual meeting link for groups of up to 99 participants. For groups of 100+, the client will need to provide the meeting link and cost per group is subject to change.
*Add a recording of your session for an additional $25 - Recordings are a great way to include folks who can't join the live event (for internal use only) - The edited recording will be delivered to you within two business days of the event - If you'd like your session recorded, you must notify us at least two days prior to your event
