We can use the breath to calm, energize, and neutralize stress, anxiety, and depression. This interactive talk features breathing techniques with practices that will provide participants with lasting effects on their bodies and minds. Each individual will walk away equipped with new techniques to apply in and outside of the workplace. When we learn to breath mindfully we are able to move through our day with confidence and ease.

At the beginning of each session Lilly will discuss what breathwork is and how it affects the body and minds. This will include a breakdown of techniques that will be presented in the session. Lilly will then guide participants through these techniques, leaving them feeling a greater sense of vitality and ease.
