These Team Building classes flow through our Liberate Method of intention setting, mindful movement (light yoga or gentle stretching), journaling, conversation, and meditation, to offer the benefits of every mindfulness modality through a shared interactive and energizing experience. If you're looking to lower team stress, boost product, heighten focus and productivity, boost morale, connect remote teams, and strengthen employee relations and culture, this is the program for you!

How it works
We will be focusing on strengthening mental muscles across our 5 mindfulness muscles: presence, courage, gratitude, pride, and resilience. The classes are completely guided and provide your team with tangible mindfulness tools that translate to daily life. These classes are accessible and approachable for all levels.
