How it works

Mindfulness meditation is a guided practice that feels unique to each individual. The experience will effect each participant differently based on their needs. We will start having a brief discussion surrounding meditation and journaling- the fears, limiting beliefs, and questions.

From there Amanda will guide the group through a personalized mediation and discuss some journal prompts and engage the group in an activity to learn how to eliminate the intimidation surrounding getting started on using these tools.
