The session will include accessible strategies to incorporate movement into your day, such as stretches, walking, and accountability. This workshop is geared for all ages, body types, and physical ability levels.

How it works
We'll explore different forms of movement, complete a ten-minute stretch together, and leave feeling empowered to explore movement that's right for your body. Not everyone enjoys the same movement, so we'll talk through ideas to help you get started on your movement journey, or perhaps pursue a new movement routine.
