Event short description
This feel-good event is all about reducing stress and relieving body tension with the massaging action of a ball. This is the next best thing to an actual massage and YOU get to choose how much pressure to apply. The process is naturally meditative and helps to relax the nervous system. Warning: drooling may occur.

Full details
How it works
Participants will be guided through techniques that involve leaning body weight into a ball with a rolling/massaging action. Self massage (also called myofascial release) can help: relieve stiffness/soreness in the body, improve joint range of motion, reduce overall stress/tension, and improve circulation. Best of all, you only need a ball and a little space at the wall for this event.
The props you will need are one chair, and a little space to stand and move arms/legs around. A yoga mat is not required, but feel free to have it ready to use if you like.
