Led by a certified hypnotherapist, this session focuses on either reducing stress or building confidence, you get to choose! Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation plus focused attention to speak to your subconscious mind. Hypnosis is not spooky and it’s not mind control! What you see on stage at hypnosis shows is for entertainment only. You and your team members will be in full control.
