Event short description

In this hands-on workshop in EH Chocolatier’s professional chocolate kitchen, each participant will learn to make their own custom chocolate bars. Using the same chocolate we use and love in the shop, plus an assortment of toppings and “inclusions” to mix and match, the creative possibilities are endless! Chef Anne will also teach about chocolate "tempering" and why it is necessary in order to achieve a shiny finish and snappy texture. Everyone leaves with their signature treats to enjoy.
