Your group will strengthen and exercise your mental muscles across our five mindfulness values: presence, courage, gratitude, pride, and resilience. The meditations are completely guided by a mindfulness expert and leave employees feeling refreshed and clear.

Our meditations are unique because they are accessible and approachable for all levels. Our Liberate Method flows through intention setting, wellness, visualization, reflection, and guided meditation. No matter the level of familiarity your team has with mindfulness and meditation, this class will help everyone feel their best.
