How it works
After welcoming participants, Jerry will lead your group through a warm-up sequence, sun salutation, and cool down. All in 30 minutes! Jerry can provide the virtual meeting link for groups of up to 99 participants. For groups of 100+, the client will need to provide the meeting link and cost per group is subject to change.
