Adding yoga classes to your wellness program will help your team to unwind and manage stress, all while supporting their physical wellness. Jerry's careful training and modifications will make yoga postures accessible to everyone, no matter their skill level or limitations. Jerry can provide the virtual meeting link for groups of up to 99 participants. For groups of 100+, the client will need to provide the meeting link and cost per group is subject to change.

How it works
After welcoming participants, Jerry will lead the group through a short centering meditation, a complete warm up, energetic and flowing movement, a cool down period, and a final moment of rest.
*Add a recording of your session for an additional $25 - Recordings are a great way to include folks who can't join the live event (for internal use only) - The edited recording will be delivered to you within two business days of the event - If you'd like your session recorded, you must notify us at least two days prior to your event
