Full details
How it works
Once you select your theme, we'll select our favorite four cheeses of the season and pair them each with the perfect accoutrement. Then our mongers will hand cut each wedge, pack it all up, and ship it to your door along with a tasting notes and a handy beer and wine pairing wheel you can keep for future reference. Our Academy of Cheese expert and host RobbyG will hop on Zoom with you to share the history and story behind each artisanal cheese while you nosh and ask questions. When we're done, you'll be a true curd nerd!
Kit contents
Each guest of the event will receive these items in a shipment to their address.
- Four (4) cheese wedges (roughly 1/4-lb each)
- Four (4) accoutrements (sweet, savory, crunchy, seasonal)
- One (1) tasting card (cheese, country, milk, description)
- One (1) beer & wine pairing guide

Shipping & delivery
This event includes a shipment to each guest's address. You'll have to provide addresses 14 days prior to the event to allow for shipping and delivery.

2-Day UPS shipping inside the continental US in included in the price. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
