Join Liberate in this meditative experience that will boost the mood and awareness of your teammates, family, and friends. This 30-minute workshop explores your personal rituals with coffee with the goal of creating more presence, mindfulness, and joy. We use journaling and meditation to bring awareness to existing habits and leave with a greater sense of peace and calm in the now that employees can take with them into every future morning!
