How it works
Convers(ate)'s format includes: a fun icebreaker; effective use of breakout rooms to create a dynamic and highly interactive experience; a combination of large and small group conversations during the session; Convers(ate)'s signature question prompts which get people thinking, sharing, laughing and connecting; a closing exercise to invite the sharing of takeaways from the conversation.
We suggest a 15-minute prep call in advance of the session to share a bit about your team and your specific goals for the session. After that, we'll take care of the rest including Zoom logistics on the day of your event.
