Drunk Yoga® “intoxicates” the convention of traditional yoga practice by making your events social and interactive for community-building. When we say “Drunk” we mean intoxicated [with joy]; excited or elated to the point of enthusiasm.

How it works
This experience infuses uplifting games and icebreakers into beginner-friendly yoga classes with a beverage in hand—often wine, sometimes juice, or coffee, and always fun.

Eli Walker is the founder of Drunk Yoga®. She describes herself as a “woman with a mission to challenge social norms and provide you with tools for self-empowerment to cultivate personal joy.” Equipped with a BFA in Acting from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, she has a knack for bringing yoga to non-yogis in unconventional settings through performative means.
