We take two things: Food and Fun and mix them together to create a dish from scratch, created by you! You will be given step-by-step instructions mixed with some of your own creative touches to prep a healthy dish that you will share with your fellow students after the class and easily remake at home for your friends and family. Wine is on the house!!

How it works

Together with the help of our head chef we will make Panzanella Toscana Bread and tomato salad with cucumbers, basil, and onions.

For your main course you can choose between three of the following options:

  • Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Gorgonzola cream sauce and walnuts
  • Spaghetti alla Chitarra with pesto alla Genovese
  • Semolina Cavatelli with pancetta, onions and spicy tomato sauce

Our dessert will be Granita al Limone also known as homemade lemon Italian ice with whipped cream.

This event requires two hours of preparation and cooking followed by one hour to sit down to enjoy lunch or dinner.

This event in in-person and will take place at 109 MacDougal street, suite 2, 10012 New York. There is limited street parking, please plan to carpool or take public transportation.

Things you'll need

Each guest will need to supply the items below to participate fully in this event.

  • Plan on wearing an outfit you feel comfortable cooking in or an apron to protect your clothes

Whether you are an amateur cook, food enthusiast or a full-blown smallholder, there's a course to inspire you. We provide cooking lessons to accommodate all group levels. Lessons are conducted on a one-on-one basis or in a group environment. This is an informal setting where you get to unleash, learn, share, socialize and simply have fun in a stress free environment. At the end of the session, each client will leave with a better understanding about food, cooking techniques, knife skills and other kitchen tips.
