How it works
Mindfulness meditation is a guided practice that feels unique to each individual. The experience will effect each participant differently based on their needs. Through this grounding practice (that can be customized), your group will feel refreshed and at ease. The group will also be given tools to walk away with to feel confident in starting to shape their daily routine so that it sets them up for success in navigating the day to day.
