10 simple tips for creating healthy food habits to fuel your workday is a 60-minute interactive experience led by the Prezence team. We know that it can be challenging to figure out how to eat well, so let's take the guesswork out of it. Please note, that this is an educational workshop, not a cooking demonstration. A member of our team will offer you advice on how best to eat to fuel your work day.
