Event short description
Master the basics of dumpling wrapping in different shapes including triangular, crescent, and pleated. You’ll get a chance to work with your own dumpling dough as well as high-quality store-bought dumpling wrappers. You’ll also get to practice your knife skills and learn how to make your own fillings (beef & vegetarian options are available). Learn techniques for steaming and pan frying your dumplings. We'll share our favorite resources in Washington DC for sourcing ingredients and basic equipment for dumpling making at home.
