We as the event organizer to complete a pre-event survey to tell us all about your group, your company, the event, and the space. From there, we will set up the structure of the show to best fit your group. For this event we'll need audio amplification, lighting, and stage space are required for performers. Seating and attention is required from attendees.
Space for a stage and seating for every attendeee facing the stage, and if we are able to control the lighting, a dark room with lighting for the stage. If you are unable to provide this, just let us know and we can set up the event to optimize your space. Depending on your group size and the space itself, that may be totally fine. Once you complete the pre-event survey, we will be able to tell you if we need additional A/V requirements.
