Release stress and cultivate mental clarity as your group is guided through an all levels practice.

How it works

Your host will welcome your group to his unique yoga center housed in a converted 1836 townhouse. You'll be given time to get antiquated with the space, change clothing, use restrooms and store your personal belongings before class begins. Yoga mats and props will be provided and your group will be led through an all levels yoga and meditation class. If it's a chilly day - we'll light the wood burning fireplace for a fireside experience!
