What times are available to book your activities?

Our activities are available for booking 24 hours a day / seven days a week! While we have never turned a client down due to lack of availability, we kindly ask that groups of up to 100 participants give us at least two days’ notice and groups of greater than 150 participants give us at least one week’s notice.

How many Hosts will be present in my game…is it just 1 Host for my entire group?

For every client, we staff roughly 1 Host for every 5 participants. This allows us to always have friendly, helpful Hosts present for all of the activities - not only in the main room, but also in the smaller breakout rooms! We have over 100 Hosts on staff which allows us to work with small groups, big groups, and everything in between!

What video conferencing platforms do you support?

We support all “Big Four” platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex by Cisco. Don’t use one of those platforms? No problem. If we can download it and it has breakout rooms, we can use it :)

What languages do your Hosts speak?

We can assign you Hosts that speak English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Tagalog! If you would like non-English speaking Hosts for your game, just drop us a message upon booking!

How do you make your souvenir photos?

During the game, we take screenshots of participants, crop the images, place them in our souvenir photo frames, and use photo-editing tools, including AI-assisted technology, to enhance their clarity and overall quality while preserving their natural appearance. If you prefer not to have AI enhancements applied or would prefer not to have a souvenir photo created for your event, please let us know before your event.

How it works

Jeoparty is based on the classic game show, Jeopardy, where contestants battle it out to be the fastest to answer a series of trivia questions organized by category. The harder the question, the more points you earn! But watch out, every wrong answer will deduct points from your total score! In our version of the game, the individual members of each team will be sent to different breakout rooms where they’ll compete against members from other teams. At the end of the round, the points that each team member scored in their individual matchup will be added to the team’s total score. After all the rounds are completed, the final scores will be tallied and the champion will be crowned!

➡️ Before the activity, we'll split everyone up into teams of 3-4 contestants. Teams can be pre-assigned or randomized.

➡️ During the activity, individual members from each team will be sent to breakout rooms, where they’ll compete against each other head-to-head in a round of Jeoparty. After the first round, the teams will be brought back to the main room where they’ll find out how their individual members fared, and what the standings are moving into Double Jeoparty!

➡️ After two rounds, the team with the most points will take home the championship, and the player will vote to see who will be crowned MVP!
