Based on Jerry’s book, "Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace," this guided breathwork practice includes a breakdown of breathwork from the yogic perspective, taking into account biology, nervous system regulation, and the regulation of stress hormones. We’ll learn three different types of breathing techniques and their effects on your system.

How it works
This session is part lecture and part practice. Jerry will present a PowerPoint deck outlining the definition, benefits, research, and nuances of breathwork. At several points during the session, Jerry will have participants practice different breathing techniques. Jerry can provide the virtual meeting link for groups of up to 99 participants. For groups of 100+, the client will need to provide the meeting link and cost per group is subject to change.
