How it works

Prior to the event, we will send out a questionnaire to prepare Santa for your magical experience. We have dozens of actors on staff excited to play Santa. Please let us know which theme version you are looking for and fill out the survey ahead of time so that we can match you with a Santa that will work best for you!

Additional upgrades are available to enhance your holiday celebration. Add laughter to your party with our caricature artists! Fun for all ages, our artists will make your event more memorable with custom caricatures produced on the spot. Maybe an Ugly Sweater contest? Whatever you need, we are here to make sure your holiday season is inclusive, enjoyable, and memorable.
