Event short description

We take two things: Food and Fun and mix them together to create a dish from scratch, created by you! You will be given step-by-step instructions mixed with some of your own creative touches to prep a healthy dish that you will share with your fellow students after the class and easily remake at home for your friends and family. Wine is on the house!!

How it works

Learn baking basics from culinary experts in this hands-on baking class. In this interactive baking class, you'll learn the basics of baking world-renowned pastry staples, from quick bread to eclairs. Once class is over, you can carry home your freshly baked treats in a quaint display box. This treat-packed class covers a variety of baking techniques used for quick breads, tarts, eclairs and cream puffs.

You'll learn professional methods for:

  • Walnut and Stilton Quick Bread With Honey Butter
  • Mixed Fruit Tarts With Vanilla Pastry Cream and Mango
  • Eclairs With Lemon Lavender Cream
  • Chocolate Cream Puffs

Things you'll need

Each guest will need to supply the items below to participate fully in this event.
