How it works
Pre-Event Preparation:
- Guests receive event details, including a link to the virtual space.
- A guest list is provided ahead of time, or guests fill out a name form via chat to create the virtual drawing queue.
10 Minutes Before the Event:
- Guests log on to test their setup, ensuring cameras are on and ready for a prompt start.
Event Kickoff (5 minutes):
- The emcee warmly welcomes everyone and introduces the artists and DJ.
- The DJ starts spinning 80’s hits to set the mood while the emcee explains the event flow.
Interactive Entertainment (55-60 minutes):
- Guests watch as our custom software turns the artist's screen into the main attraction, showing the caricature creation process live:
- See the guest being drawn, the artist in action, and the cartoon come to life.
- The emcee entertains with some 80’s-themed trivia, engaging guests in the chat and encouraging participation.
- Guests enjoy music, laughter, and camaraderie while awaiting their turn!
- The emcee concludes the event and Guests are reminded to download their individual caricatures and view the custom 80’s-themed group collage with company branding within 24 hours via a landing page.
Post-Event:
- Caricatures and the group collage are uploaded to a branded landing page for easy access within 24 hours.
