How it works

Master the art of wine evaluation as you discover the intimate dance between terroir and taste. Uncover the fascinating stories of how vintners have shaped their craft across generations, creating partnerships that can transform simple locally produced ingredients into culinary magic.

Through hands-on tasting techniques and expert guidance, you'll learn to identify the subtle ways wines and foods amplify each other's best qualities—how a bold wine awakens hidden notes in aged cheese, or why some wines and foods seem destined for each other.

All while enjoying great company, discovering new favorites, and gaining the confidence to create impressive pairings that will elevate every gathering.

Come curious, leave inspired, and take home a passport to Italy's most delicious secrets.
