How it works
Share the joy of creativity and stress relief alongside coworkers with a mindfulness-focused team pottery workshop. Led by a certified yoga teacher the class will start with 30 minutes of focused breathwork, meditation, and seated stretches that attendees can use to benefit their physical and mental health long after the class ends. For the remaining hour, you'll experience the stress-relief of molding clay with your hands, as you learn to build a footed pot. This hands-on art form has been shown to help ease anxiety and improve mindfulness.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in. It is best if the sleeves of your shirt roll up or are short. Don't worry about getting anything dirty. The clay will wash off with soap and water or in your washing machine.

Collect Addresses

Up to 12 days prior to the event for free domestic shipping. International shipping is available but is not included in the price and will incur additional costs.
