Are events comfortable for introverts?

Yes! Our virtual events are specifically designed to make introverts feel extremely comfortable. All the fun we'll enjoy (and the event format we'll use) makes it easy for everyone to relax, have fun, and connect. Naturally, extroverts will thoroughly enjoy themselves as well!

Can you send an intro vid of our host in advance, send a comprehensive event recap afterwards, and be uber informative/enthusiastic through every step?

Yes! We love to make your life easier while ensuring you look great/smart. It's why we do this!

How long have you been in business?

Since 2016. Prior to that we have 20+ years of management experience in the entertainment/hospitality field. This is our full-time career and passion!

Can you modify your events to accommodate special requests, last minute alterations, or unknown variables?

Yes! We designed our event format to be as flexible as possible so we can almost always brainstorm solutions to accomplish event goals, handle customized requests, or easily roll with curveballs that arise.

How much time will be spent in the main room (with everyone) versus in breakout rooms (on small teams)?

Roughly 70% of the event is enjoyed in the main room while 30% is spent in the breakout rooms.

Can players log in late or leave early?

Yes! Our flexible event format allows people to login and leave whenever they’d like. We can easily roll with changing attendance levels throughout an event.

Can we stay on the call after the hosted fun is over?

Yes. We are happy to make you the host so you can continue to socialize after we're done leading the social entertainment.

When will the event start/players be let in from the waiting room?

The host will login to start the waiting room 10 minutes before the event start time. They will then let people in from the waiting room at the exact event start time.

Can I request that teams stay the same throughout?

Absolutely! We can keep the same team combination throughout the event if you feel that fits your plans better.

Can I provide a list of the exact teams we want to be grouped together?

Yes! If you’d like to go the predetermined team route, you would simply need to send us a list of teams at least 5 hours in advance so our host knows how you want to group everyone!

Every year, people trek hundreds of miles to celebrate their love of food, drink, and camaraderie at Oktoberfest. Now you can enjoy a truly unique event that’s themed around all three (with none of the traveling)! Your experienced host will play multiple themed games to maximize the engagement your group experiences. To create an extremely social atmosphere, team combinations will be switched throughout. The types of fun chosen will be based on the variables of your event. Some examples include:
-Logo Game (Determine brands with visual clues)
-Where’s My Bestie? (Find your pal with vague directions)
-Heavier Than a Stein? (Do items weigh more or less?)
-Spotted in the Fair (View fun scene & test your memory)

How it works

The ultimate goal of "Oktoberfest" is to effectively connect your group through unique challenges that are entertaining and silly. A friendly and experienced host will lead your group through multiple rounds of fun experienced in the main Zoom room (for 65% of the time) and in breakout rooms (for the other 35%). To keep things interesting and engaging, each round sees the host lead a different challenge that players will enjoy with a new group of teammates. Themed virtual backgrounds and upbeat music will be used throughout to immerse everyone in an experience they can see and hear!

You will automatically receive a FREE Highlight Reel with this event!! This incredible video is made from a quick recording where your colleagues will follow hilarious prompts to showcase the fun they had! Energetic music and a smidge of visual magic is added to create a 25 sec video that you can proudly show anyone!

A breakdown of how the event will go

This Run of Show gives a loose overview of how each event is led. Prior to the event, we'll ask you to fill out a questionnaire that helps us to learn more about your team. Additionally, your experienced host will actively take note of group dynamics and other important variables that present themselves throughout the soiree. They'll use all of this intel to make decisions in real-time with regards to the timeline, engaging games played, and how we encourage players to get involved. This is done to ensure your group is able to comfortably connect and have a blast simultaneously!

(-0:10) Host logs in 10 mins prior to start time. Waiting room turned on.
(-0:02) Event organizer(s) let in from the waiting room to say hi, ask questions & ensure everyone’s on the same page.
(0:00) Full group is let in from the waiting room and warmly welcomed.
(0:00 - 0:05) While waiting for stragglers, host engages everyone, asks fun questions to be answered in chat & gives helpful info.
(0:05 - 0:08) Event overview and instructions are given. A speaker from the group can say something if desired!

ROUND 1

(0:08 - 0:11) Players randomly placed on teams, given fun ice breaker that helps with game play & sent to breakout rooms to meet their team (normally 4 players).
(0:11 - 0:12) Players brought back & instructions given for the game to be played in Round 1.
(0:12 - 0:15) Players sent to their teams to work on the game together. Brought back.
(0:15 - 0:21) Host engages with everyone, hears answers, keeps mood fun & reveals answers (or tells teams how their strategies worked out).
(0:21 - 0:24) Players sent back to teams to work on another challenge from the same game. Brought back.
(0:24 - 0:28) Host engages with everyone, hears answers, etc.

ROUND 2

(0:28) A NEW game is started! Host decides whether this round is played individually (where players stay in the main room) or as a team (where they’re sent back to their small groups).
(0:28 - 0:35) Host leads a quick round of fun that keeps everyone engaged & entertained!

ROUND 3

(0:35 - 0:53) A NEW game is played with NEW team groupings. Same time pattern is repeated from Round 1.

FUN FINALE

(0:53 - 0:55) We quickly record fun footage where players act out entertaining prompts to show off the fun we had. This is used later to make a free highlight reel (sent within 3 business days)!
(0:55 - 0:58) Host announces individual winners. Unless specified by you, no prizes are promised. Winners sent to you the next business day in a comprehensive event recap.
(0:58 - 1:00) Host thanks everyone for attending, allows event organizer/manager to speak (if desired) & gives a friendly goodbye!

**(1:00) Host assigns Zoom hosting privileges to the event organizer. This step is ONLY performed IF the group has expressed the desire to stay on the call after the host signs off.
