A breakdown of how the event will go
The first 15-minutes will kick off our practice. We’ll chat, wait for others to join and play some music, and mingle. The teacher will then bring everyone to their mats for a 30-45-minute beginner-friendly Connect n’ Stretch. A 15-30 minute social “cool down” will conclude the event. Wake up, indulge in your morning stretch, and engage with your community.
