How it works
It takes experience to seamlessly execute a fun and engaging virtual event. We have hosted hundreds of events for large and small groups using our proven process. This creates a high-energy Game Show atmosphere while maintaining a core focus on teamwork and social connections. Staff - Our staff are trained facilitators and technical gurus. The Host creates a fun atmosphere, the Director ensures a flawless experience, and our Greeters visit the team rooms to answer questions and provide a personal touch. The Host gets all the glory, but most of the work is done behind the scenes and in the team rooms. The Game Show is virtual, but the experience is real!
Agenda / Run of show
- Invitation - It’s essential to start the process with an informative invitation to the participants to set expectations and provide simple step by step instructions to join.
- Join - With dozens or hundreds of participants, joining a video conference is not trivial. We greet participants with a smile and music playing in the background to ensure everyone is off to a great start while providing technical support if needed.
- Large Group - It’s nearly impossible to have a large group conversation, but it’s a lot of fun to see everyone together. The majority of the games are played together in the large group where the host creates the energy and laughter.
- Small Teams - Participants use private “breakout rooms” to interact with teammates. These rooms provide an experience similar to that of an in-person event. We make every second count and these interactions are vital to the overall experience.
- Contestants - Contestants compete with each other publicly in the large room as well as collaborate with teammates privately in their team rooms.
