Celebrate with a virtual White Elephant gift exchange party! 🎉 A lively host will guide the whole event, and everyone goes home with a surprise gift. Plus, you’ll play some fun holiday mini-games to decide who picks gifts first—and maybe even earn special power-ups like extra steals! 🎁 Everyone takes home a gift provided by your host.
In addition to playing the white elephant game, the mini-games are played in teams and might include fun classic holiday games like Winter Trivia, Wheel of Fortune, Guess the Hidden Image, and more. 🕵️
This is a great virtual alternative and even more fun than a Secret Santa party. We do all the gifting work for you and your team!

How it works
Players are greeted by a live host, who will guide the experience with laughs and fun from start to finish. We mix up the mini games each year, so players look forward to something new.
Players will begin by playing a mini-game, such as Winter Trivia, to determine the order of picking gifts for the white elephant game. After, players will play a second holiday mini game, such as guess the hidden image, to get extra power-ups and steals during the white elephant game. Then, the host will lead the group in all playing a virtual White Elephant game, where every group member will get a present! No need to provide your own gifts—your host will provide them for you!
During the event, players will receive a link for them to redeem their gift. They put in their address privately so they don’t have to share it. You do not need to collect addresses before, your host company takes care of that!
Large groups may play the game in smaller teams. All members on the same smaller team will play the game together, picking and stealing presents from other teams, and each team member will receive the same gift.
Standard gifts typically involve a wide variety of items, depending on your size group. Standard gift items often include bluetooth speakers, kitchen pots/pans, kitchen ware and equipment, home goods, craft kits, board games, electric wine openers, candy sweets packages, and also funny novelty gifts like laser chopsticks, funny coasters, and more! Premium gifts often include tech items, beats headphones, spa care packages, drones with cameras, gym equipment, kitchen appliances, game packages, premium wine selections, air friers, premium food plates, portable fireplaces, jewelry, and more. Ultra premium gifts can include items like treadmill walking pads, Ninja kitchen appliance sets, slushie/ice cream machines, apple air pods, roombas, red light masks, tablets, and more.
If there is a type of gift or style of gift your team would prefer, we can pass that onto our team to make sure it's incorporated as well!
For the Buy Your Own Gifts option you will need to provide the list of gifts to your host 4 days before the event. You or your team provides gifts and shipping in this option. We run the full game and experience, collect address information during the event, and provide a list of who should get what item at the end!

Can gifts be shipped internationally (outside the US)?
Yes, absolutely! The shipping charge per international address depends on the country. Usually this is $25-45 per international address, and the gift package. Contact us for a quote.

How is this year's White Elephant different than last year?
We curate a new set of gifts every year! So even if you've played a prior year, we will have new mini games for your team to play, and new gifts to win.
But what if you had a ton of fun last year, and want the exact same experience? No problem. Let us know and we'll keep the same gifts and games, to keep your holiday tradition :)

What games will the group play?
In addition to playing the main white elephant game, the group will also play two or three holiday mini games. This will determine the order of picking presents and special power ups (such as steals) the players can use during the game. These games can include Trivia, Wheel of Fortune, or Guess the Hidden Image and more.

What are some example gifts our group might get?
Gifts are sourced for each group. Standard Package gift examples in the past included items like Bluetooth speakers, a 3 piece kitchen pan set, tabletop fire pit, hand skincare package, charcuterie board set, 15 piece stainless steel knife set, card games, and a few silly (but useful!) novelty items, like a lightsaber chopstick set.
Premium package gift examples in the past included items like drones, beats headphones, stainless steel air fryer, 13 piece cookware set and other premium kitchenware items, branded spa care packages, gourmet meet and cheese packages, gourmet sweets packages, silver and amethyst jewelry, and more.
These are just examples, and your group may have different gifts. Themes or types of gift options may be accommodated on request.

Collect Addresses
Use Elevent's system to collect the addresses and any other information needed for the event. Or collect on your own and upload in the portal.

Submit Addresses
Up to 4 days prior to the event for free domestic shipping.

Kits Shipped
Guests receive all of their shipments directly to each address provided. See Shipping Policy or Exclusions for details.

Real-time Tracking Monitoring
Every guest will receive tracking notification emails with when to expect their kit. You will receive email digests of all guest shipment statuses and be able to access all guest tracking and statuses in your event portal.
