Event short description

Celebrate the USA, Canada and Mexico 2026 World Cup with a live-hosted music bingo party made for international teams, company celebrations and remote groups who want something topical, easy to join and genuinely fun.

This interactive game brings together big songs, country flags, football energy and feel-good team connection. Players hear short music clips linked to countries featured in the game, guess the song and artist, spot the country flag on screen, and mark the track on their digital bingo card.

That means every round gives people more than one way to play: Musical Bingo, Name That Hit and Guess the Country — all rolled into one simple, upbeat team event.

No football knowledge is needed. Football fans can get competitive, music fans can show off, flag experts get their moment, and everyone else can join in, guess along and enjoy the party.

Expect recognisable moments including Dancing Queen, Gangnam Style, Seven Nation Army, Sweet Caroline, Mr. Brightside, Don’t Stop Me Now, The Final Countdown, Three Lions and more — mixed with brilliant tracks from around the world to keep the game playful, surprising and genuinely international.

Your lively host keeps everything moving with warm-ups, playful commentary, song reveals, flag reveals, chat shout-outs, regular recaps and quick tiebreaker challenges.

Perfect for World Cup celebrations, summer socials, international teams, company parties, client events and remote teams who want something easy, lively and properly shared.

No awkward breakout rooms. No forced spotlight. Just music, flags, guessing, laughter and a race to shout BINGO.

If you don't have a great experience, we offer a 120% money-back guarantee, so the risk is on us.

This isn’t just bingo. It’s a world tour, a music quiz, a flag challenge, a football party and a shared team celebration — all in one simple, feel-good game.

How it works

Welcome & warm-up – Your host welcomes everyone, explains the rules, sets the World Cup party tone, and shares the link or QR code for each player’s digital bingo card.

Music rounds – Players listen to short music clips connected to countries, artists, football culture and global party moments. During each song, a country flag appears on screen as an extra clue and challenge.

Three games in one – Players guess the song, name the artist and identify the flag or country before the reveal. It’s Musical Bingo, Name That Hit and Guess the Country rolled into one.

Interactive gameplay – Players mark songs on their digital card and type “BINGO” in the chat when they complete the pattern currently in play, such as a row, column, diagonal or full house. Regular recaps help everyone keep up.

Chat buzz & country guessing – The flag element gives everyone another way to play, whether they know the song instantly, recognise the artist, spot the country, or simply enjoy guessing along with the group.

Tiebreakers & prizes – If multiple players call bingo on the same song, the host leads a quick tiebreaker. Winners get a fun spotlight moment, and organisers can offer prizes for added excitement.

Customise & connect – Want to lean more football, more party classics, more Eurovision, or more specific countries? The playlist can be adapted where possible, and the event works as a 30, 45 or 60-minute experience.

Frequently asked questions
  • Why should I place my event with you?

    Three key reasons:

    1. We specialise in bringing groups together from around the world to create magical moments. We are experts in engagement and there is a lot of psychology and experience that underpins how we run our events to bring out the best in introverts and extroverts alike.
    2. From hosting hundreds of events, we have won several awards and train our hosts to be high energy, personable, and engaging. We really do care, and we take your enjoyment personally - we want our events to be about you having fun, however you would like it!
    3. We purposely keep our prices lower than the market so that anyone can afford to play. We totally understand how hard it can be to get everyone together and connect teams on a tight budget. That’s why our minimum attendance price is low.

  • How does Musical Bingo work?

Set up and participation is a breeze! Players each have their own unique bingo card that will be sent out and accessed during the event. The bingo cards stay the same throughout the event as we play through 4 rounds until we have the winners of Row, Column, Diagonal, and Full House.

Each song plays for 30 seconds with the first 15 seconds containing a blurry image of the artist so that players have an opportunity to guess the song and artist and then check their bingo card to see if they have them. Then the image will become clear and the name of the song/artist will appear. The host will announce the track and then move on to the next song.

When players have what we are looking for, they type BINGO in the chat and shout it out so that the host can pause and check the winner for that round.

  • How does the entire event work?

Players join the event and we take up to 5 minutes to get players warmed up, engaging with the host, and to give time for any latecomers.

The host explains how the game works and gives a QR code that can either be scanned or the link can be clicked on so that players have an individual bingo card for their smartphone/device.

The game begins! Songs by well-known artists throughout the decades are played for 30 seconds. The first 15 seconds contain the blurry image of the artist and players are encouraged to write in the chat if they think they know the name of the song or artist. When they do know then they click on the corresponding box on their bingo card and an X will appear.

After 15 seconds, the image becomes clear and the name of the song and artist appears. The song plays for the final 15 seconds to give players time to mark the song/artist off their bingo card if they weren’t able to guess it. The host will then read out the name of the song and the artist and move on to the next song.

After every 10 songs, a run-down list will be displayed of those songs so that any late-comers or anyone that had to take a call is able to catch up.

As we play along, we are looking for the first person to get 5 songs marked off on their bingo card to form a row. When they have that, they shout BINGO or put it in the chat and the host will stop to check what they have. They are then given their Oscar moment or a tiebreaker is played in which the host will read or sing lines from a song and any contestants who had bingo at the same time have to be the first to guess the name of the artist.

Once the winner of ROW is crowned, the bingo cards keep the same and accumulate songs marked off as the game goes on. The players are now looking for the first person to get a COLUMN and the gameplay repeats itself. Then once that winner has been found, the criteria moves onto DIAGONAL, and then finally FULL HOUSE where the whole bingo card needs to be marked off. There are 60 songs and 25 squares on each bingo card, so the songs add up as we play along. This also increases the chances of tiebreaker challenges to keep players on their toes!

As the game goes on, players are encouraged to enter in the chat what memories or feelings come up about songs, any trivia they know, or to guess the name of the song/artist so the game becomes Name That Tune and a chance to share as well!

  • Which platforms work well with Musical Bingo?

All of them! Whilst Zoom offers maximum interactivity between the players and the host throughout the game, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex also allow our host to share their screen and audio, and the host can broadcast the game through their webcam for Google Meet and any other video communication platform of your choosing.

We’ve hosted on many different platforms and as part of various different conferences so we know how to adapt for your needs!

Sometimes if a Google Meet link is automatically generated, we may ask if events can be hosted on Zoom – it’s more accessible for most of our players and it allows our hosts to create even more engagement and energy than on other platforms due to additional capabilities.

  • Will an international audience know the songs?

Sure thing! All our games are created with an international demographic in mind. Nearly every song we use is in the English language and many of our songs are household names or definitely have had their fair share of American radio airtime or cultural significance. Whilst the music is mainly of a North American, Australian, British and European influence, we’ve hosted bingo games for audiences from all continents and they’ve all been part of the fun and had a great time!

  • Does this game work with introverts and extroverts?

Musical bingo works well with all players, giving them an easy way to relax and enjoy themselves away from the spotlight whilst also being engaged with the other players through the chat function and creating a colloquial experience so they all have something to talk about.

Whilst players do not have to have their webcams or microphones on, its certainly fun to watch our friends dance and sing along to the songs too!

When we have a winner for each round (Row, Column, Diagonal, Full House), the host will briefly give them their Oscar moment in the spotlight to impart their ‘wisdom’ that lead to their success. However, feel free to let our organiser or host know if you’d rather skip this – we want everyone to be able to let loose and have a great time!

  • Will the host interact with us?

Oh yes! We love to encourage players to use the chat function to guess the name of the song and artist whilst playing the bingo game, to let us know how they are doing, if they are one song away from what we are looking for, what they think of the song, any memories that come up, or any fun trivia they know. Your host will read out the golden moments and banter in the chat, commend people for guessing correctly the fastest, and share the love for those with the amazing dance moves or that have changed their camera image with wacky filters and fun avatars! Let’s get this party started!

The host will also encourage players to express themselves using the react emojis and will take care to ‘see’ the players on the call so that everyone feels included and validated for being on the call.

The host will also speak directly to contestants in our tiebreaker challenges (if multiple people call BINGO during the same song) and will give each winner their light-hearted Oscar moment.

As players enter the call, the host will also welcome them, run them through a brief tech check, and might even ask them some fun questions to warm them up and get to know each other on the call.

Energy, interaction, and engagement are important to us, and participants can engage using their video, voice, non-verbal responses, emojis, and using the chat function – whichever suits them best.

  • Is it ok if people join late or have to leave early?

Anyone can play the game at any time! The host will always have a QR code on their background so that any latecomers can scan the QR code and get straight into the game by using their smartphone as their bingo card. This also tends to bypass any work device/internet/firewall issues.

The host also displays what we are currently looking for on our bingo cards as part of their backdrop so late guests can easily see what we are looking for to call Bingo. Players can alert the host if they have just joined or if they accidentally wipe their card and the host can put a list of songs and artists that have already been featured in the game so far into the chat.

We also review a rundown list of the previous 10 songs as we go along so that guests can catch up if they had an urgent phone call or bio break that took them away from the fun!

  • Does this event work well for a large group of people (80-997 players)?

Absolutely! This event works very well for large groups because not only is everyone taking part in the musical bingo game, but we encourage players to engage in the chat, letting us know any fond memories invoked by the music, any fun trivia they know about the artists, or if they’re bopping along. They can also try to guess the name of the song or artist in the chat and so there’s an additional optional competitive element in there as well!

Larger groups have more chance of multiple people calling BINGO on the same song and so there is even more fun to be had with our tiebreaker challenges where those who called bingo have to name the artist from a song read or sung by the host.

  • Can I give out prizes?

Absolutely! Whilst we do not provide prizes ourselves, if you want to give out prizes for winners then a prize for the first person to get a Row, Column, Diagonal, and Full House works well (so 4 prizes).

If there are joint winners per round then we have a tiebreaker challenge in which the host sings an extract from a well-known song and our contestants have to be the first person to name the song or the artist!

Additional prizes that work well also include Best Costume, Most Engagement, Visual Spirit or even Best Snack/Drink!

  • FURTHER FAQS

    Technicals:

Can I use a work laptop, internet, and VPN?

Certainly! During the event, a URL link and a QR code will be used to give players access to their unique bingo cards.

If they would like to continue using their device for their cards and the game then they can use the URL link. If they would like to play using their smartphones then they can scan the QR code on the host’s backdrop. This gets around any work laptop, firewall, Spectrum Security, and internet connectivity issues that may restrict access to a ‘game’. Just allow cookies on your phone and scan the QR code to play!

The bingo cards link can be sent out in advance if you would like to do any troubleshooting ahead of the event, but from experience we recommend that the host does it during the event and can quickly answer any questions before launching into the game.

Can you remotely host this event with people in-person or as a hybrid event?

Absolutely! Our host will have a QR code on their background along with what we are currently looking for to win (row/column/diagonal/full house) so all players have to do is scan the QR code with their smartphone to be able to play along. This also gets past any firewall issues. A link will also be put into the chat if players prefer to use their laptop/tablet device instead.

If someone in-person gets bingo then they can either call out, put BINGO into the chat, or give our host a wave and we’ll clock it!

Simply broadcast our energetic and engaged host onto a large screen and leave it to them to work the crowd. Everything is very simple!

How do participants get bingo cards?

At the start of the event, the host will put a link to access individual bingo cards in the chat, and via scanning a QR code on their background with player’s smartphones. This provides players with one bingo card per device that accesses the link or QR code. We prefer to give the bingo card access on the day so then our licence isn’t maxed out, and so we can guide everyone at the same time.

    Gameplay:

How does someone win at Musical Bingo?

We are looking for the winner of first to get a Row; Column; Diagonal; and the entire card at Full House.

We play one big game and keep the cards the same throughout as the songs build upon each other.

As we go through, we start looking for the first person to get 5 songs in a row; then we look for the next person to get 5 in a column; then the first person to get 5 in a diagonal; and then the first person to fill their entire card!

What if we have multiple people call bingo but I only have a set number of prizes?

Have no fear, the Tiebreaker is here! Those who called out Bingo or entered it into the chat during the same song will be put forward to our tiebreaker challenge. Our host will read out or sing lyrics from a well-known song and artist and our bingo-calling contestants need to be the first person to either call out or enter into the chat the correct name of the artist. Noone is spotlighted so there isn’t any pressure to be in the limelight, and our fellow participants are responsible to letting the host know who got it correct first so everyone is included!

How do you prevent players from cheating?

We’ve never had a cheat yet! We ask players to read out the names of artists that were on the line we have been looking for (row/column/diagonal) or they can submit a screenshot of their card into the chat if other players want proof! We’ve found that players are just here to have fun and connect with each other so they respect honesty whilst playing.

Does the software track the names of winners?

The software does not track the names of the winners - however, the host keeps note of the winners as we go along!

How long does the game last?

The vast majority of our bingo games last for 55-60 minutes. Sometimes we may have a bingo winner slightly earlier than anticipated due to chance, and sometimes we may have a few tiebreakers which can have the event end closer to the 60 minute mark.

If you would like a shorter game (such as a 15-30 minute icebreaker) or a longer game to accommodate in-person events (75 minutes+) then please let us know and we can make it happen!

Is there a set number of rounds or does it go indefinitely for the hour?

During the course of the event, we keep the cards the same but play through looking for the first person to get 5 in a row, then 5 in a column, then 5 in a diagonal, and then the entire card (full house). So, in essence, there are 4 rounds but using the same card. By keeping the cards the same, these rounds build up on each other and also present opportunities for potential tiebreaker challenges.

Do players have to turn their cameras on to take part?

Entirely up to how our participants would like to play – whilst half the fun is dancing along to absolute bangers (especially if a song like the YMCA or Thriller is involved) and letting loose, if players prefer to chill and approach the game as a way to unwind with their camera off then we get it.

Will players be singled out in front of the entire group?

The only instances in which players may be singled out is if they are one of our winners or take part in a tiebreaker challenge when multiple people call BINGO during the same song.

When someone wins (either Row/Column/Diagonal/then Full House), our host will ask them what songs they had for what we were looking for, and then will give them their Oscar moment. Our host will playfully ask them how it feels to be the winner, or if they have any advice for those who can’t keep up, or how we too can be like them, or if there is anyone that they’d like to thank for this momentous occasion. If they don’t want to answer then that’s fine, and the host will very swiftly make up a funny answer and move on. No one is spotlighted and they do not need to have their camera on.

In our tiebreaker challenge, if more than one person gets BINGO during the same song then our host will read or sing lyrics from a well-known song and those contestants need to be the first person to correctly guess the name of the artist. Again, no-one is spotlighted, and everything is kept light and fun.

How much time will be spent in the main room with everyone, and how much will be spent in breakout rooms in teams?

This event is 100% in the main room together. The host will run the musical bingo game, but the chat function is used to express thoughts, memories, trivia, banter, name the song and artist as we go along, commend winners, and to let the others know when 1 more song is needed for a bingo. Plenty of energy, engagement, and fun!

    Can we be in teams?

The game is played individually with everyone together in the main room. However, if you would like teams then we suggest either having people bunch together to share a bingo card, or that they change their names to include a team name as well as their own name, and then if an individual player wins BINGO then that team will claim that victory.

    Organisation:

Do I need to provide anything?

Just your players (and any prizes if you would like them)! We will add the call link to Elevent (unless you prefer that we use yours) and then give participants access to the bingo cards on the day via a link and QR code. Whilst bingo cards can be sent in advance, we’ve found that it is best to do it on the day – that way we don’t max out the bingo card licencing from being accessed across multiple devices and we can ensure everyone is good to go!

If you would like to give away prizes then feel free to sort those internally and let us know what you would like to give away and we can announce it as we go along – or turn over to you to announce the prize giveaway at the end or as it happens!

Can I see the list of music tracks used to make sure it is company-appropriate and family-friendly?

All the songs have been vetted so that the sections that are played do not contain any profanities or euphemisms that would not be totally suitable for a corporate environment or good clean family fun! However, always feel free to ask – we love to help!

Does the booker or a nominated group leader have to be on the event?

Nope! Our host will sort everything out during the event. Let us know in advance if you would like us to keep a record of the winners’ names for prizes. However, we highly encourage you to join in so that you don’t miss out on the fun!

Can we jump on the event link before the hosted fun begins?

Unfortunately not – the host is required to open the call. However, feel free to ask when you book and we’ll see what we can do. We may be able to do so for an additional cost, or you could use a separate link to have your call and then jump across to ours when you are ready! Alternatively, as long as you are able to give our host the needed hosting permissions (screen and audio sharing) then we can jump onto your link instead!

Can we stay on the call after the hosted fun is over?

If the event is hosted on Zoom then yes! Our host can make a member of your team the host at the end of the event and you’ll be able to stay on the link.

When will players be let in from the waiting room?

Whilst the host will join the event 10 minutes early, players will be able to enter from the waiting room at the exact start time. The host can hang fire on starting the actual gameplay until the organiser is happy with the turnout or 5 minutes has passed. Please let the host know if you have a hard stop at the hour or would like to say a few words before or after the event.

    Booking:

Will you be available on the date/time I have in mind, even if it’s an unusual time?

We host any day at any time. From our pool of talented international hosts, we have all timezones covered!

Does this event work well with a group that’s smaller than the minimum attendance you have listed?

Oh yes! We’ve had some really fun and intimate events with groups smaller than the minimum attendance. We’ve even played with 2 people before and had an absolute ball! The minimum attendance we set is simply to make sure we can cover the cost of running the event for you.

Is there a limit to how many people can play?

Nope – the more the merrier!

Please give us notice if you anticipate more players arriving than booked for – this is simply so we can make sure we have a big enough Zoom room capacity set, enough bingo cards have been licenced, and we use an appropriately sized game to even out the averages of people calling bingo due to more players.

I’m not sure how many people will play on the day. Does it change things if the numbers aren’t what were originally booked?

Musical Bingo can accommodate small groups and also lots of players - because there aren’t teams, we can be very flexible. It’s totally fine to not know how many people will play!

If you have a group size over 100 guests, it helps to provide us with a rough number of anticipated players the day before the event so that we can recalibrate the game if needed. Larger groups require more songs to be loaded onto the bingo cards database so that we balance out the chances of someone calling Bingo early. However, the more the merrier!

Whilst booking group numbers in advance helps us to adapt the gameplay, please note that if the actual attendance goes above the projected attendance then don’t worry! You will simply be charged for these extra players after the party!

Can we purchase more participants the day before? And can we purchase more participants on the day of the event?

You can certainly purchase more tickets the day before and on the day of the event! We will then customise the bingo cards and gameplay to accommodate how many tickets have been purchased and may add more songs to the game to change the algorithm on the cards to make it trickier to get a quick bingo due to law of averages. We just ask that we have at least 20 minutes notice before the event to accommodate this.

However, we do not reduce paid participant numbers or give refunds within a 24 hour period.

    Customisation:

Can you modify your events to accommodate special requests, last-minute alterations, or unknown variables?

Yes! Just let us know when we reach out to you when you book and we can take it from there. If something happens late notice then we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, please aim to give us at least 24 hours, especially so we can calibrate the game accordingly to optimise gameplay.

Can I pre-select the songs we enjoy?

It is possible to choose songs from a wide list, however, this will cost extra with a bespoke quote – there’s a lot more to it than you’d think to make a game run very well!

We strongly suggest using the games that we have already created as they have been fine-tuned and used many times with great success!

    How can games be customized?

We can add your logo to the host’s background and to the slides. Unfortunately, we cannot add branding to the bingo cards as we only acquire a licence for them.

If you want specific songs in the game then you can either choose from our list upon request or let us know what you would like us to create. Please be aware that these will come at a bespoke cost as it takes a lot more to make a great musical bingo game than you’d think!

Just click on ‘Ask a Question’ and let us know what you’d like.
