Celebrate World Mental Health Day with an interactive wellness class hosted by a mindfulness expert from Liberate. This year's WMHD theme is "Back to Basics"; this class focuses on sharing tools to better take care of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

How it works
Using mindful movement like gentle stretching and breathwork, journaling, and meditation exercises, this class will strengthen your understanding of how to prioritize your wellbeing in work and in life. No matter the level of familiarity your team has with mindfulness and meditation, this class will leave everyone with more calm and clarity.
