How it works

We’re Bean & Bean, a mother and daughter coffee roasting duo with four café locations in NYC. This class is led by our team of coffee roasters, coffee educators and certified Q Graders (aka Coffee Sommeliers) each with 12+ years of experience fueling New Yorkers with locally roasted specialty coffee. This class will feature vibrant coffees from Latin America, Africa and Asia. You’ll learn how to taste coffees via “coffee cupping”, the industry standard method used by coffee professionals around the world to taste and evaluate every aspect of a coffee’s flavor profile. Additionally, as you’re tasting the coffees, your instructor will give you an insider’s view into the world of specialty coffee, covering the history of the coffee trade, to how coffee is grown and processed today. If there was anything you ever wanted to know about coffee, this is your chance to ask all your burning questions! This class comes with a kit that will have everything you need to taste the coffees–you’ll just need to supply hot water!

Collect Addresses

Use Elevent's system to collect the addresses and any other information needed for the event. Or collect on your own and upload in the portal.

Submit Addresses

Up to 18 days prior to the event for free domestic shipping.

Kits Shipped

Guests receive all of their shipments directly to each address provided. See Shipping Policy or Exclusions for details.

Real-time Tracking Monitoring

Every guest will receive tracking notification emails with when to expect their kit. You will receive email digests of all guest shipment statuses and be able to access all guest tracking and statuses in your event portal.
