How does the hosting work?

When you hire one of our hosts we’ll work with you to get the event scheduled. We use Zoom to facilitate event communication and our own trivia software to host the game. Once the time is set, just provide your attendees with our Zoom meeting room and we’ll handle the rest.

Is there a limit to how many people can play?

No. We have designed packages that cater to the size of the audience you are serving. Check out our standard and basic packages.

How it works

A professional host will guide you and your team through a bingo game.

Here’s how it works:

• Host admits attendees into the Zoom waiting room at game time

• Your host will provide instructions on the game & how everything works

• Each person will mark their numbers on a digital Bingo card from a link our host provides

• The host will draw and call numbers for the group

• When a player secures a Bingo they call Bingo using their online card

• Your host will double check the Bingo is correct

• One winner down! The host will play as many cards as needed to fill in a 60-minute game. They will switch up patterns as well so players are not always playing a straight line

• Host will thank everyone for coming and close out the meeting!
