How it works

Please note we can't ship into the following states: DE, UT, MS, RI, SD, VA & AR. In addition, we can't ship to persons with a PO Box for their address.

Per Federal Law, shipments that contain alcohol must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age

During the hot Summer months (June-October), all orders need to have expedited shipping. This can be added for an additional $25 per person, if waived client assumes all responsibility for heat-damaged shipments.

A $60pp premium is required to ship alcohol to HI and AK

Other Important Delivery Information – Alcohol Shipments

Please be advised that, in accordance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an individual 21 years of age or older upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts by UPS

UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times to obtain the required adult signature. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be designated as "Return to Sender."

Address Changes or Delivery Modifications

If you are experiencing any issues receiving your order, we strongly encourage you to contact the shipper listed on your order confirmation as soon as possible for assistance.

Please note that if the recipient contacts UPS directly to request a delivery date change or to update the delivery address, UPS may charge a fee for this service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and should be avoided unless the recipient is willing to incur those fees.

Important Timing for Address Changes

Any address changes must be completed before the third delivery attempt. Once the package is marked as "Return to Sender," no further changes can be made.

Missed Deliveries and Reshipment Costs

If delivery fails after three attempts, UPS will consider its service obligations fulfilled. In such cases, no reimbursement will be issued by UPS, and the client will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping a new package.

Exceptions: Damaged or Undelivered Shipments

If an order is damaged in transit, UPS fails to attempt delivery three times, or fails to meet its service commitment, the shipper will cover the replacement costs, and a new order will be shipped at no additional cost to th

A breakdown of how the event will go

This wine tasting will be hosted by a wine specialist that will be there to discuss and answer any questions your guests may have. The wine is shipped to each member of your group before the event so each guest can enjoy wines in your “Virtual Tasting Room” on Zoom. Together, with your host as your guide, you will discuss the flavor and character of each wine as well as information about tasting basic and the differences between each wine.

Collect Addresses

Use Elevent's system to collect the addresses and any other information needed for the event. Or collect on your own and upload in the portal.

Submit Addresses

Up to 16 days prior to the event for free domestic shipping.

Kits Shipped

Guests receive all of their shipments directly to each address provided. See Shipping Policy or Exclusions for details.

Real-time Tracking Monitoring

Every guest will receive tracking notification emails with when to expect their kit. You will receive email digests of all guest shipment statuses and be able to access all guest tracking and statuses in your event portal.
