Can you customize the tasting event?

We are glad to customize your tasting in just about any way you desire, within practical limits. While our standard tasting format has extremely positive feedback and suits most groups, we have gladly customized tastings to be shorter as part of another event, integrated them into conventions and fundraisers, composed "pairings" with company offerings & technology, and trained client staff to run the tastings themselves. We are glad to discuss your customization request and create an event that works for you.

Do you have non alcoholic options?

We have juice tasting kits for those avoiding alcohol. The juice lineup is composed of high-end, not-from-concentrate, no-sugar-added, very nice juices. The lineup is typically apple, pineapple, mango, cherry & grape. While it does not have the complexity or pairings of the wine lineup, it does allow everyone to take part!

How do you keep the wines top quality?

We fill our bottles & kits under scrupulous quality conditions & full COVID safety guidelines. We sterile filter all of our wines before bottling, sterilize all equipment, and sterilize the entire production room with ozone nightly. You can trust that the wine you are receiving is as clean as humanly possible! The mini wine bottles are gassed with Nitrogen then filled with the chilled wine, and sealed with a screwcap with a set torque rating to ensure a tight seal and finally labeled. The wines then go into cold storage before being packed & sealed. Under these scrupulous and clean production methods, our wine tasting kits have a shelf life of months to years, but we strive to pack & ship them within days or at most weeks of bottling. We bottle weekly and keep stock as fresh as possible for maximum quality & freshness. Before shipping, wines are chilled to just above freezing (roughly 45F), and placed in their final packaging. We do all of this to ensure the wine you receive is in peak condition. Upon receiving, we suggest refrigerating the wines until an hour or so before tasting for maximum quality, but this is not strictly necessary, as the wines are 100% shelf stable.

How it works

Please note we can't ship into the following states: DE, UT, MS, RI, SD, VA & AR. In addition, we can't ship to persons with a PO Box for their address.

Per Federal Law, shipments that contain alcohol must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age

During the hot Summer months (June-October), all orders need to have expedited shipping. This can be added for an additional $25 per person, if waived client assumes all responsibility for heat-damaged shipments.

A $60pp premium is required to ship alcohol to HI and AK

Other Important Delivery Information – Alcohol Shipments

Please be advised that, in accordance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an individual 21 years of age or older upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts by UPS

UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times to obtain the required adult signature. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be designated as "Return to Sender."

Address Changes or Delivery Modifications

If you are experiencing any issues receiving your order, we strongly encourage you to contact the shipper listed on your order confirmation as soon as possible for assistance.

Please note that if the recipient contacts UPS directly to request a delivery date change or to update the delivery address, UPS may charge a fee for this service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and should be avoided unless the recipient is willing to incur those fees.

Important Timing for Address Changes

Any address changes must be completed before the third delivery attempt. Once the package is marked as "Return to Sender," no further changes can be made.

Missed Deliveries and Reshipment Costs

If delivery fails after three attempts, UPS will consider its service obligations fulfilled. In such cases, no reimbursement will be issued by UPS, and the client will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping a new package.

Exceptions: Damaged or Undelivered Shipments

If an order is damaged in transit, UPS fails to attempt delivery three times, or fails to meet its service commitment, the shipper will cover the replacement costs, and a new order will be shipped at no additional cost to the client.

This wine tasting will be hosted by one of our house wine specialists. We ship the wine to each member of your group before the event. Your group enjoys wines in your “Virtual Tasting Room” on Zoom or as desired when we come together to discuss the flavor and character of each wine as well as information about tasting basic and the differences between each wine.
