Agenda / Run of show
1. Setting the Stage: Participants will begin by finding a quiet, comfortable space where they can sit or lie down, whether at home or in their personal workspace. The host will welcome everyone, providing a brief explanation of the session and creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
2. Guided Relaxation: The experience starts with a short breathing exercise, encouraging the participants to let go of stress and distractions. This will help them release tension and transition from their busy workday into a state of calm.
3. Immersive Sound Bath: Using a variety of instruments such as crystal and bronze singing bowls, chimes and other sonic instruments, the host creates a soothing soundscape that resonates deeply with the body and mind. These sounds are carefully crafted to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.
4. Deep Relaxation: As the sound bath progresses, team members may enter the alpha or theta brainwave state. These lower brain wave patterns induce feelings of calm, focus, increased creativity, and may enhance ability to absorb new information. The frequencies and harmonics of the instruments can also decrease heart rate and blood pressure and facilitate the release of endorphins and melatonin, allowing participants to experience a profound sense of peace and balance. This is a time for them to disconnect from work-related stress and reconnect with their inner calm.
5. Closing and Integration: The session concludes with a gentle transition back to full awareness. The host will guide participants to slowly reawaken their senses, bringing their attention back to the present moment. They will be encouraged to take a few moments to reflect on their experience and how they feel.
6. Benefits for Your Team: After the session, your team will likely feel refreshed, grounded and more connected. The meditation may foster a sense of unity and collective well-being, helping to create a renewed state of mind.

Things you'll need
For the best experience during this virtual sound bath, we recommend the following:
Please ensure you have the latest version of Zoom installed on your device.
Listening on a desktop computer using earbuds or headphones will typically provide the most stable experience and best sound quality, though it's not required.
Listening ambiently on a phone or tablet (without earbuds or headphones) may result in a thinner or distorted sound.
If the sound seems too low, check both your device’s volume settings and your Zoom volume settings. You can adjust Zoom volume by clicking the small up arrow (^) next to the microphone icon and selecting “Audio Settings.” From there, ensure that both the speaker volume and output device are set appropriately.
You should be muted upon entry—if not, please mute yourself to help preserve sound quality for everyone.
✨ A note about virtual sound baths:
Technology isn’t always perfect! Despite our best efforts, occasional audio issues may occur. These can be due to internet speed, device compatibility, or even weather conditions. I’ll offer a quick sound check before we begin to help with any last-minute adjustments.
Please find a comfortable place to rest—a cozy chair, couch or bed is ideal. You may want a blanket, as body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.
