Your team will meet with your host via Zoom or a different video conferencing platform. The host will calm your team, share the basics of the experience, and get everyone ready to unwind and relax.
Next, the host will dive right into the experience. Your team will practice mindfulness and breathing techniques and completely unwind after a busy day at work. The host will help them feel relaxed and teach them new meditation skills.
